2 cups (450 g) roasted peanuts
1 tbsp. (15 ml) peanut oil
1/2 tsp. (5 ml) salt (omit if salted peanuts are used)
Place peanuts in blender and blend on high until powdery. Add peanut oil and salt and blend until desired consistency is reached. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
