WIZNMIX Small Batch Biscuits

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 cups milk



  1. Using the WIZNMIX paddle knife, add your flour, salt, sugar and baking powder and butter and pulse until it’s a small crumble.
  2. Add about half the milk, then pulse a few more times.
  3. Open the lid and add the rest of the milk and let come together into a dough ball.
  4. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead just until it comes together.
  5. Press out the dough and using a biscuit cutter or glass, cut out 4-5 biscuits and place close together on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Optional to brush with a little butter, or cream to help with browning.
  7. Bake at 400F for about 12-14 minutes or until golden and puffy.
