Products purchased on salton.com can be expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from purchase through standard shipping methods. A tracking number may be provided in a confirmation e-mail after the transaction process is complete. Please use the tracking number to identify where your parcel is and when to expect its arrival. Currently, we ship within Canada and the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

Duties and Import Fees (U.S. Orders Only)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the courier or U.S. Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any applicable fees will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at service@salton.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
