California Assembly Bill 1200 (AB 1200) and Colorado House Bill 22-1345 — Cookware and Kitchen Electrics Chemical Disclosure

At Salton, the safety and quality of our products is a top priority. We are committed to complying with all laws applicable to our products and providing our customers with transparent information about the materials used to manufacture them.

A variety of chemicals are used in the manufacture of everyday products, including cookware and small kitchen appliances. The presence of a chemical on the lists referenced below does not mean that a Salton product is harmful or that it will cause harm through its intended use. The Salton products identified on this page comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements, including the requirements of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations governing the safe use of substances that come into contact with food. For more information on FDA's authorization of PFAS in food contact applications, please visit https://www.fda.gov/food/chemical-contaminants-food/authorized-uses-pfas-food-contact-applications.
