This Salton appliance is covered against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What we'll do. If your appliance is defective, Salton will repair or replace it, or issue a refund, at its sole discretion. Any refund is pro-rated to the time left on the warranty.
What's covered. Defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use.
What's not covered. Damage in shipment, and failure from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, glass breakage, neglect, improper maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions or commercial use. The warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
Proof of purchase. Keep your original sales receipt. It is the only proof of purchase we accept.
How to make a claim. Securely package the appliance and return it to us with your original proof of purchase, a description of the defect, your return address and phone number, and payment for return shipping and handling.
