Let everything cool completely first. Soak the pot in warm, soapy water to loosen cheese or chocolate, then wash with a soft sponge. Your manual says which parts are dishwasher safe.
Fill the pot no more than halfway, or to the level your manual recommends. Pat food dry before dipping to avoid spatter, and keep the pot steady and out of children's reach.
You can request a return within 21 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on items bought at salton.com that are new, unopened and unused, in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Full details are in our Refunds, Returns & Warranty policy.
Email RMA@salton.com with your name, phone number, address, order number, model number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the item prepaid to our Montreal warehouse within 30 days of receiving your RMA, with the return section of your packing slip inside. Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.
