This Salton appliance is covered against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What we'll do. If your appliance is defective, Salton will repair or replace it, or issue a refund, at its sole discretion. Any refund is pro-rated to the time left on the warranty.
What's covered. Defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use.
What's not covered. Damage in shipment, and failure from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, glass breakage, neglect, improper maintenance, use contrary to the operating instructions or commercial use. The warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
Proof of purchase. Keep your original sales receipt. It is the only proof of purchase we accept.
How to make a claim. Securely package the appliance and return it to us with your original proof of purchase, a description of the defect, your return address and phone number, and payment for return shipping and handling. Cold, fresh milk froths best. Whole milk gives rich, creamy foam, while skim gives more volume with a lighter texture. For plant-based milk, barista-style blends foam better than regular cartons.
Clean it right after use, before milk dries. Rinse the whisk under warm water and wipe it dry. Never submerge the handle or motor.
Yes. Warm the milk first, but don't let it boil. Milk that's too hot won't hold foam as well.
Yes. Salton appliances purchased from May 2026 come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, starting on the date of original purchase. For earlier purchases, see the warranty in your instruction manual. Keep your original sales receipt, because it is the only proof of purchase we accept.
